Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Workshop Cancellation Policy
At ol.facto, we understand that plans can change. To ensure a smooth operation and to accommodate all participants fairly, we have established the following cancellation policy:
Cancellations by Participants:
More than 7 days prior to the workshop: Participants may cancel their registration up to 7 days before the workshop date for a full gift card refund.
Between 7 days and 48 hours prior to the workshop: Participants cancelling within this timeframe will be eligible for a 50% gift card refund or may opt to transfer their registration to a future workshop date, subject to availability.
Less than 48 hours prior to the workshop: No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the workshop start time. However, participants may transfer their registration to another person or to a future workshop date, subject to availability.
Cancellations by ol.facto:
In the unlikely event that a workshop must be canceled or rescheduled by ol.facto, registered participants will be notified as soon as possible and offered a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a new date.
If a workshop cannot be conducted due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, instructor illness, or other emergencies, participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Late Arrivals:
Participants who arrive more than 15 minutes late may be denied entry to the workshop to avoid disruption to other participants. No refund will be provided in such cases, but affected participants may be offered a discount on future workshops.
No-Shows:
No refunds or credits will be given for no-shows on the day of the workshop.
Changes to Bookings:
Any changes to the booking, including participant substitutions or transfers to another workshop date, must be communicated to ol.facto no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled workshop.
