To ensure a smooth operation and to accommodate all participants fairly, we have established the following cancellation policy:\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"description\"\u003eCancellations by Participants:\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eMore than 7 days prior to the workshop: Participants may cancel their registration up to 7 days before the workshop date for a full gift card refund.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eBetween 7 days and 48 hours prior to the workshop: Participants cancelling within this timeframe will be eligible for a 50% gift card refund or may opt to transfer their registration to a future workshop date, subject to availability.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eLess than 48 hours prior to the workshop: No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the workshop start time. However, participants may transfer their registration to another person or to a future workshop date, subject to availability.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eCancellations by ol.facto:\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eIn the unlikely event that a workshop must be cancelled or rescheduled by ol.facto, registered participants will be notified as soon as possible and offered a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a new date.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eIf a workshop cannot be conducted due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, instructor illness, or other emergencies, participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eLate Arrivals:\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eParticipants who arrive more than 15 minutes late may be denied entry to the workshop to avoid disruption to other participants.
