However, participants may transfer their registration to another person or to a future workshop date, subject to availability.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\nCancellations by ol.facto:\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eIn the unlikely event that a workshop must be canceled or rescheduled by ol.facto, registered participants will be notified as soon as possible and offered a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a new date.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eIf a workshop cannot be conducted due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, instructor illness, or other emergencies, participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\nLate Arrivals:\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eParticipants who arrive more than 15 minutes late may be denied entry to the workshop to avoid disruption to other participants.
